I once read a book (or was it a quiz i did online?) that says, as a Gemini, I am most likely to be best friends or get along very well with Leo, coz Gemini-Leo personalities are just zodiacally compatible (as do Gemini-Gemini - but thats another story). And seeing that I actually know & am closer to a lot of Leos compared to other starsigns, I guess it’s pretty much true. Even my bro is a Leo, and we get on pretty well (most of the times hehe, no lar, A LOT of the time! <^_^>). Anyway, to these solid Leos, born right smack in August - Shaz, Jess, Imran, Adan, Wanyah, my bro G, Farissa, Mai, Ayna - Happy Birthday once again to all of ya! go gemini, go leo!! heheh

So anyhoo, due to that, there have been 2 parties already for the month of August. First up was my best friend Shaz’s birthday bash on 2nd August. Next up was my bro G’s birthday, on 080808. With that cool number, he decided he wanted to celebrate it with a BBQ parteyy with all his friends & family back in Jay Bee!! So, that nite there we had a feast with BBQ-ued chickens & fish, nasi bukhari, mihun goreng, roti jala, tuna potato salad, kuihs, creme caramels, egg sandwiches and I made two of my signature seafood alfredo lasagna!! (no pics of the food tho, coz sume bz mkn  & I was also bz watching the spectacular Beijing Olympics opening!). G was also dumped, by his frens, with flour, eggs & water; enuff ingredients to make him into pasta!! go here

So, that’s all the b’day parties for August, as of now. I’m sure there’ll be another one soon, kan Ayna!!! But before that, I’ll be attending an engagement party this saturday 16th Aug, then a kenduri aqiqah in Ipoh, the next saturday, the 23rd. Then, the next weekend I’ll be off to JKT for the long weekend of Merdeka. Yep, my weekends are mostly filled up… too bz ppl, too bz hehe
